Welcome to The Movement HQ Youth Summer Program, tailored for athletes aged 10 to 16 and running from July 3rd to August 24th. Our program offers a comprehensive approach to athletic development, focusing on strength, agility, speed, and overall fitness essential for all sports enthusiasts.
Participants will engage in a structured regimen covering vital aspects of athletic preparation: Warm-up: Essential for enhancing blood flow and preparing muscles. Mobility: Improves flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall mobility. Plyometrics: Develops explosive power and agility for competitive advantage. Strength Training: Age-appropriate exercises to build muscle and endurance. Injury Resiliency: Techniques to prevent injuries through targeted exercises. Conditioning: Includes aerobic, anaerobic, and HIIT workouts to boost stamina Led by experienced coaches, our sessions are designed to be engaging and challenging while fostering discipline, teamwork, and resilience.
