Julie is passionate about helping people move better, recover stronger, and feel their best. With a background as a multi-sport athlete and Ironman finisher, she understands the dedication and resilience it takes to perform at a high level. Now, with over 14 years
of experience in athletic therapy, strength conditioning, and neuro-reconditioning, she supports everyone from elite athletes to individuals simply wanting to live healthier, more active lives.

As a mom of three, Julie lives what she teaches — embracing an active, outdoor lifestyle with her family and inspiring others to build a foundation for lifelong health and well-being.
