With over a decade in strength & conditioning, rehab, and athletic development, Justin has coached everyone from youth athletes to Olympians—and even a few future NFL and NHL athletes. Combining his background with his several years experience working alongside renowned research scientists, expert clinicians and having learned from Canada’s most experienced Reconditioning specialists, Scott and Jaime Livingston, Justin’s goal is to provide a well-rounded program to achieve wellness and longevity through movement, intensity and variety.

A former CIS football player with a deep love for lifting heavy, football Sundays, and trying to out-drive his friends on the golf course, he brings a science-backed, no-nonsense approach to training. Whether you’re coming back from injury or chasing peak performance, Justin’s your guy for smart programming, serious results, and the occasional unsolicited golf tip.
