Nicole’s path to physiotherapy began in the fitness industry, where she spent eight years training a wide variety of people — from athletes to pre/post-natal clients, older adults, and everyone in between. Along the way, she worked with big names like Nike and was even recognized as one of Toronto’s top fitness trainers.
Her passion for movement and rehabilitation led her back to school, where she earned three degrees from the University of Toronto, including a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. She brings together her background in strength and conditioning with her clinical expertise to help people recover, build resilience, and reach their goals.
Nicole takes a person-centered approach, combining manual therapy, movement, and education to create treatment plans that truly fit her patients. She has advanced training in pelvic health as well, supporting individuals with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and pre/peri/post-natal care.
Outside the clinic, Nicole is all about active living. You’ll often find her strength training, running, doing pilates, playing soccer, or enjoying time at the cottage with family and friends.
