Meet Tanya – a registered massage thearpist since 2011 and part-time ball chaser (on the golf course, that is). With a background in fitness and a passion for sports, she’s your go-to for tackling everything from nagging injuries to everyday stress knots.
Her specialties include working with a variety of different patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and sports or activity related injuries. She enjoys working with athletes and individuals seeking general relief from work or life-related stress.
She believes in taking a proactive approach to injury prevention and maintenance through manual therapy, exercise, and education to achieve optimal health and to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
When she’s not treating clients, she’s adventuring with her son, playing sports a little too competitively, or losing golf balls like it’s her full-time job.
