Our GrowCo program builds off of the level 1 movements. You will learn to progress core, pelvic floor, glute and total body fitness by safely adding in new movements such as jumping, weighted squats, deadlifts and more. This programming is ideal to use for individuals who have already completed the level 1 GROWCO post natal rehab. However, it is also a great option for moms who started to experience symptoms several years after giving birth.
