We created our Learn to Move program for the men and women just like you! This 4-week, 8-session program is for beginners only, and you'll be getting started on your fitness journey with other like-minded, motivated individuals. The sessions will be capped at 12, so you won't get lost in an overly large group as our coaches teach you the fundamentals of movement, fitness, exercise and wellness.
Our goal is that upon completion of the Learn to Move program, you will have all the tools and confidence necessary to sign-up to a big box gym and continue your fitness journey on your own, or be comfortable enough to hop into the group classes that we offer at The Movement Headquarters.
