Tyler is a chiropractor who keeps athletes, weekend warriors, and active parents doing what they love—whether that’s crushing workouts, chasing goals, or chasing toddlers. With a Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo and a Doctor of Chiropractic from CMCC, he blends clinical know-how with a coach’s mindset and a lifelong love of movement.

Before diving into chiropractic, Tyler was a strength and conditioning coach, working with everyone from elite athletes to everyday gym-goers. That performance-first mindset still shapes how he helps clients today—focusing not just on pain relief, but building strength, moving better, and coming back stronger.

His treatment style? Hands-on, movement-based, and tailored to your goals. Whether you’re aiming to improve your squat, finish your next race, lift your kid without flinching, or finally ditch that nagging back pain—Tyler’s got your back (literally).

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him lifting weights, hiking with his partner Emily and their black lab Covy, paddleboarding, golfing, or geeking out over the latest sports science.
