Katie is a Registered Physiotherapist with nearly 17 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. She holds a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Master’s of Physiotherapy from Queen’s University, combining evidence-based care, hands-on treatment, and personalized exercise programs to help clients reach their goals.
A lifelong mover, Katie grew up as a competitive dancer and now enjoys running, strength training, skiing, snowboarding, and staying active with her husband and two daughters. Having completed numerous half marathons, she firmly believes it’s never too late to get stronger—and that keeping up with your kids may be the toughest endurance sport of all.
